The Fusion of Beautiful Nature and Japanese Art

The Fukuda Art Museum has a collection of approximately 2,000 pieces, consisting of works by famous Japanese painters from the Edo period to the modern era. The concept of the museum is to display works that “even if a person is not familiar with art, he or she will be moved by them. Among them, the museum places particular emphasis on works from the Kyoto art world, including many noteworthy first-time exhibits and fantastic works. The museum itself offers visitors a pleasant space with a wonderful harmony of traditional Japanese architecture and nature. The garden, pond, and seasonal flowers also attract visitors, creating a healing fusion of art museum and nature.
